Thin is beautiful

Keep busy.

1. Make yourself a diet journal. Glue pictures of skinny role models to it, and write down everything you eat, your calorie intake, your weight loss, and everything else you want to write about your mission to be thin.

2. Go on your computer, and look at skinny people.

3. Read a good book.

4. Watch tv, like bulging brides, the last 10 pounds boot-camp, the biggest loser..ect.

5. Watch a long movie, one to take your mind off food. Like Lord of the rings.

6. Download songs that relate to ana/mia.

7. Excersise alot!

8. Go try on all your clothes.

9. Give yourself a makeover.

10. Take a nap. That way you can't eat 'cause you'll be asleep.

11. Take a hot shower. This can get rid of your hunger for a little while.

12. Listen to upbeat music and dance around.
